I have been interesting in Ana for a couple of months now and want to really become pro Ana. I am disgusted with myself and want to be skinny. I need a person to help me not want to eat all the time. I go for a week without eating then become too hungry and eat a ton. Once I start eating I can't stop and then I try to throw up but can't. Someone please help me get to my goal weight, I have a ton to lose but with someone's help I know I can do it.

Thanks for the support! Do you have any advice about staying away from food and fighting the urge to eat all the time?

Ur very welcome, I know all too well how much of a damn struggle it is. My best advice is to stay away from sugar, sodium, soda, fats. I know, everything we love! Ice cold water is great, cold drinks kick start ur metabolism. Veggies, fruits, almonds. The key is to get passed the few days it's going to take for ur stomach to shrink a bit and ur body to get used to less food....but not placing it into starvation mode so u hold on to every calorie. Sounds all impossible and exhausting and it is, this disorder is a bitch and believe me if ur weight isn't Biggest Loser worthy, than don't bother with all this. If not, I clearly understand. Sadly lol Hunger pains, chew gum, workout, have a cup of chicken broth, the heat of the broth calms ur stomach. Green tea is great too for speedy up ur metabolism. Each person responds differently to diets, what works for me won't work for u and visa versa. I focus on calories and fat mostly, but also big on keeping my sodium down so I don't retain water. Always drink water before a meal, helps to get full fast. Don't go the week without eating anything, like u said it backfires every time. Restrict like crazy 6 days out of the week and give yourself 1 day to eat whatever u want. It actually helps jump start ur metabolism when u plateau and kinda helps to keep u strong during ur fasting or restricting time. That helps me, most of the time. Hope I didn't overload u lol! I'm here always, try not to stress. ;-)
